Simple Meditation

Cost: $60 for 4 sessions

This class will cover a few different simple meditation techniques. We will talk briefly about some history and background of these techniques at the beginning of each session, and then have some time to practice! Whatever your level of experience with meditation, from none to more, I encourage you to attend. Time durations will be short with small breaks, there will be floor and chair seating available to accommodate any level of mobility. ADA accessible.

Basic Qi Gong

Qi gong is a self-cultivation practice to prevent disease and to improve, sustain, and maximize overall wellbeing. This class will introduce students to simple and fun Qi Gong exercises for all body types and abilities.
